If after you have checked your item(s), they do not fit or they are not suitable for any reason you can send them back to us. They must be in the same condition as recived with tags intact and unworn.You must return your items to us within 14 days of receipt (this does not affect your statutory rights). When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorantwhich may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

We recommend that you use either registered or recorded delivery, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us. Returns fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly.

Uniquesocks.co.uk manages customer orders within 12-24hrs. 
If your purchased item is out of stock , Uniquesocks.co.uk will refund you within 12-24hrs of order.
Refunds for returned item(s) will be made within 7 days of receiving postage.
